Paperback Books
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — at no cost to you — with a replacement copy or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Because our books are physical goods fulfilled to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error. If you are unsure whether this book is right for you, we encourage you to read the free introduction excerpt available on our website before purchasing.
eBook (Digital Download)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered to your email address. If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your eBook, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.
Church & Group Orders
For bulk orders (3-pack, 6-pack, or custom church orders), please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions. Bulk orders that arrive damaged or short-shipped will be replaced or refunded in full. We are unable to accept returns on bulk orders for reasons other than damage or fulfillment error.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
If a return is required due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we will cover all return shipping costs. We do not reimburse return shipping for buyer-initiated returns outside of our policy.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
